I just want to thank you for all your wonderful yoga teachings over the years. From the first time I met you, I felt an energetic connection that made me feel safe and grounded. You have truly beautiful energy, and your teaching of kundalini yoga has been wonderful. As an energy practitioner, I deeply value the way you keep the space we work in free of negative energies and filled with healing light.

"Sound therapy has been a refuge in my menopause process.

It has allowed me to release tension, free trapped emotions and embrace this new stage with more acceptance and gratitude. Not only do I notice physical changes, but I also feel more connected to my feminine energy and my inner power."

Mindful Blog

My name is Raquel, I am a psychologist, therapist, certified in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and a mindfulness practitioner. I trained in Psychology at the University of South Wales, United Kingdom, where my thesis focused on investigating how emotions influence decision-making, especially in risky situations. But my search went beyond the mind: the desire to understand well-being in its entirety led me to the study of yoga, meditation and sound therapy, disciplines that I practice and teach with the purpose of helping others connect with the present and improve their quality of life.

My path led me to specialize in the emotional well-being of women in menopause through a Master's Degree in Third Generation Psychological Therapies at I.S.E.P. Madrid, where I designed a holistic program to accompany them in this transition.

My experience has taught me to believe in the benefits of holistic practices to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and well-being. Menopause is not an end, but a new beginning. Accompanying women in this stage inspires me every day, helping them rediscover their strength and embrace their transformation with confidence.

I define myself as an explorer of the world and the human mind, with a life marked by learning and adapting to diverse cultures. I have lived in Brazil, the United Kingdom, Finland and Spain, absorbing valuable experiences from each country that have enriched my personal and professional perspective.

My career combines science and spirituality to offer a holistic approach to emotional well-being based on self-awareness and personal growth. Through psychoeducation, research, conscious yoga, meditation and sound therapy, I guide other women towards a fuller, more balanced and conscious life.
